Guiding Principles
- It’s possible for a community to lay aside its differences to unite around the idea that love can change a city.
- We don’t have to agree on everything to unite around loving and serving our neighbors.
- Local community champions are uniquely positioned to sustainably address the issues in their own community.
- We bring churches, volunteers, and NGOs together to provide sustainable solutions for community challenges.
- It’s possible for a community to lay aside its differences – logos, labels, egos, political views, unique backgrounds – to unite around the idea that love can change a city.
- The complex challenges facing our cities are best impacted through partnership and strategic collaboration.

SEE
Change in Paradigm:
Impact happens as a result of great information, not just great ideas. We help community stakeholders understand the greatest challenges and opportunities.
SERVE
Change in Practice:
By empowering a community-based organization to effectively serve their neighbors for the first time, it paves the way for long-term commitment to the needs of the community.
SOLVE
Solution to the Problem:
Long-term commitment produces long-term change. Our goal in each city is to empower local community champions to adopt long-term city transformation initiatives.
